Kody and I met at work and quickly became close friends. As our friendship grew, we realized there was more to the relationship we were building. Over the course of the next three years, we continued growing stronger together. Kody proposed on a rooftop in downtown Kansas City where Kayla immediately said yes. We both knew we wanted a destination wedding, so we picked a date, picked a place and the rest is history.
