Hello,

The trip was amazing. They gave us an upgrade to the Excellence Club side with a similar room but the room had a pool and ocean view. It was great. The weather was very nice, the staff was super friendly and the beaches and rooms were very clean. We did go on a catamaran cruise one day. They were at about half capacity which made it even more pleasant. We highly recommend the guys at Happy Fish. They were a lot of fun.

Hello!

We are back in the states and aside from an awful 12 hour travel day yesterday(out of anyone’s control) it was all great! Resort was wonderful. I can’t thank you all enough for all of your help. Getting our large group on one schedule is a large task and we appreciate all you did for us (reassurance included!)

Hi All-

​So sorry in the delay.  I keep meaning to email back and get side tracked.  Work has been crazy since vacation.  Needless to say, I am ready to go back!
 
Thanks so much for helping book this trip.  We had an amazing time.  The resort was fantastic and we think we had the best room and view in the entire place!  I would highly recommend again.  We also really loved the staff, so down to earth and friendly.  The food was very good, just wish we were there longer to try every restaurant.  We loved the seclusion of the resort, but it did make for very long travel days to and from.  The grounds were great with the addition of some shops and the nature area out front.  The beach was nice too, but the waves were a bit high, so we really couldn’t swim in the ocean.
 
We all did do a deep sea fishing excursion, which I would not recommend.  The waves were just way to high, we probably shouldn’t have been out, so out of 10 of us 4 got really sick and another 4 almost did and could only just sit there and try t focus on anything but being on the boat.

Good evening,

We had a fantastic time as usual and loved so much about the resort and the VIP/Excellence club package that we upgraded to. I think having the VIP section helped with some of the restaurants especially magna club and the breakfast they served. The staff did a great job and if anything was wrong they took care f it right away! Though it felt like a bigger resort than what we had been doing they did a great job of keeping a small time feel to it.

​As far as excursions we did 2, the scuba diving was with sea pro that I arranged on my own and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The staff was excellent all the way around and Tim even got certified while we were there. The deep sea fishing was ok and I only say that because the staff was not very friendly or interactive with us but I am not really a fisherman so hard for me to give a poor rating because we caught a lot of fish and that's what I guess true fisherman are there for but I like the little things like stopping for a second to take a picture of the fish you caught and for them it was about getting it in the well and hooking he next fish so it was good and bad thing lol..We have several pics that I will send your way shortly.

Good Morning LTT Team!
 
Without a doubt, this was the best trip we have ever taken and can’t wait to take our kids next time!
The resort was beautiful and the staff there was amazing! At times we almost felt awkward because they wouldn’t let us lift a finger.
 
As far as our favorite things…

1. Excellence Club was worth it in my opinion. The club pool and beach area was so nice because you felt like you were the only ones on the resort! I bet there was never more than 15 people at the pool at any given time. You run into the same people each day and make some great friends!
2. The Oceanview Room! The view that greeted us was amazing. We could lay in bed and look right out the patio doors and see the ocean…
3. The Resort itself. The nightly shows, the restaurants, the drinks, all of it

 
Excursions

1. We decided to just to one excursion so we could maximize our time at the resort. We did the Marinarium tour where we got to snorkel with sharks and the stingrays. For the money, I felt like it was worth it, however, I was expecting this nice long boat ride out to this secluded snorkeling area and it was literally in view from the dock. But again, with that said, we got to swim with sharks in some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen!

1. You guys where amazing! Again, this was the least stressful, most enjoyable trip we have ever been on! You all made it so easy on us that there was zero anxiety when we landed. We were taken care of every step of the way. We can’t wait to book our next trip through you all!

We had an absolute blast at Excellence at Punta Cana and can't thank you enough for all of your help.  We would definitely recommend it and we have been to our friends and family.  I will try and get you some of our pictures that we took during our time there and send them your way! We did go deep sea fishing one morning and we had a blast and the boat was able to catch and bring in 14 Mahi Mahi! Everyone was so incredibly nice and friendly and we never felt pressured into anything while we were there.  We also always felt safe and very much enjoyed the night entertainment they had at the resort.  The food was very good as well and we just wish we had a little more time to try all of the restaurants! We caught ourselves saying multiple times how much we loved the resort and how it was a perfect honeymoon. Like I said earlier, I will work to gather up some of our pictures and then send them your way.  If you don't get them in the next day or so, please reach back out to remind me!

We had a fabulous trip to the Dominican Republic – Excellence Punta Cana.
This was our first time traveling abroad and you made everything easy and smooth – from communication to transportation to accommodations.
We went for our nephew’s wedding and enjoyed time with our extended family.
We did no excursions as our trip was relatively short and we wanted to enjoy the resort.
The staff was exceptional and there were plenty of activities to get involved in.
It was windy season so the water was too turbulent to get in, but the wind kept the temperatures perfect.
We recommend your services and this destination for others.

Hi!! We had such a great time. The food was pretty good and everyone there was super nice. The only thing we didn’t like was how much they tried to sell on the resort. For example, at dinner they pushed buying drinks instead of just getting our free drinks. And while we were swimming people came up multiple times to try and sell excursions. We did the adventure day which was awesome but very exhausting. The areas that were shown for the adventure day looked more appealing in the pictures than in person, we were kind of disappointed with the waterfall they took us to. I would recommend it to couples but I wouldn’t recommend it as a vacation spot for a group of friends as there is only couples there. Everyone was really polite and we enjoyed it. I will say we both went to the beach at 5am to watch the sunrise and came back with a ton of bites from sand fleas and sand mites. I would advise everyone to put bug spray on at all times and not go to the beach when it’s dark 🙂
I will include some pictures of what my leg looked like when I got back because it’s pretty funny, along with pictures from our trip! Thank you so much you guys were awesome.
