Vacation was awesome!

The resort had great service and food. The rooms worked out perfectly with the kids basically having their own room. It was my husband’s favorite resort so far. The kids still like Turks and Caicos the best because of the water park. I read about how the food was awful, but we thought it was great! We did the dolphin excursion, that was really cool. We did negotiate our pictures to go lower than what they offered. 

The fusion restaurant- hibachi was one of the best we’ve had.

We had a great time and would recommend the resort to others. The water park was suited for more younger kids and the slides were rough and bumpy per my husband and son.

Hello!   

We are home from an overall great vacation.  Dreams was a fantastic family resort. The kids had a wonderful time.  Heres' our takeaway

-We enjoyed the restaurants. Every place we went quickly accommodated our large party and made us feel welcome.
-The pools were beautifully kept. Chairs could be hard to come by in the popular infinity pool but staff was available to help us find a place to put our things.
-The tablet and mobile app in each room were nice.  We were able to plan our next day with the up to date activity list or check out what restaurant we wanted to try. 
-The rooms were BEAUTIFUL. Perfect layout.  Unfortunately, we weren't able to get connecting rooms.  The rooms are arranged as 2 doubles in one room, a king in the next room, and so forth.  But it was no problem at all having a room between us.  The amenities were incredible.  Housekeeping did a great job each day and the minibar was always stocked (better if the tip was right).
-We did do an excursion to Isla Mujeres and that was a lot of fun. We may be interested in booking on that island sometime in the future.   
-The nightly entertainment was outstanding. The shows were professional quality and we looked forward to the celebration each night. My partner doesn't go for that sort of thing and even he was blown away!
-The flights were effortless. It was almost unreal how easy our connections, seating, and customs experience went.  Obviously, a direct flight would have been great, but as we prefer SW, we would do it this way again. Lomas Travel was exceptional. No problems at all with our transportation to or from the airport.

The trip was amazing! We had the best time and loved the resort. The food was great and the rooms were wonderful. We really couldn’t have asked for more out of a resort. Nate loved the golf and loved how close and convenient it was to get to. Mom and I each golfed one day and we loved it as well. The service at the pool bars were very good as well. The dinners were a little long for the kiddos at a couple of the restaurants at night but thank goodness for phones :-) The food was amazing though and that was all we could ask for. We tried almost all the restaurants.  The beach was beautiful as well! 

Thank you again for everything and we will be ready to start thinking about our next trip in 2019! :-)
