Thank you so much for recommendation it was fantastic and we really enjoyed it! The best part was our room and how we had our own pool and that we were extremely close to the beach! The service was great! I would highly recommend it to others. We went to the Isla Mujeres island that was about a 30 minute boat ride from the resort. It was a beautiful island and the food was great! I’ve been recommending friends to you and hopefully they use your expertise for finding their perfect getaway! I will also be reaching out soon for a late summer vacation I want to you use your expertise!

We absolutely loved our suite. The terrace was huge, and allowed us to spend private time at our room while still laying out in the sun/in our pool. The only downside is the "garden view" is right by their Lupita Lounge, so if you turn in early there is almost always live music happening and it comes through really loud in your room. Booking the "ocean view" would put you far enough away to avoid this.
We took a catamaran to Isla Mujeres for a day, it was a great time. Broke up the trip well, and it was different enough from the Playa Mujeres beach that it was worth it. Great way to spend most of a day.
The service at Beloved was incredible. They take excellent care of you from the moment you arrive. They had a ton of little touches that put it over the top:
- when you arrive you immediately get a flute of white wine and a heated neck pad so you're already relaxing even while you check-in
- they draped a "just married" sash across our suite door
- the room service made towel creations, including two peacocks kissing with rose petals on the bed when we first arrived
- on our final night, the restaurant brought out a customized dessert congratulating us on our wedding. then when we returned to our room the nightly turn-down service had drawn a bath in the jacuzzi that was still hot when we got back
- tons of great activities every day and night
Great resort, it wasn't crowded at all especially during the week which is exactly what we were looking for. Food was good not great but it's nitpicking at that point. Had an incredible time, would go back.

My husband, Brendan and I, had the most fabulous get-away to Beloved a few weeks ago. It was exactly what we were hoping for and more! We loved the ease of travel and transportation that Lomas (and you all) provided. The boutique-style/small sized resort was perfect for the 2 of us, especially for a short trip. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.
We truly hope to return, or try other little get-aways more often. We appreciate your service and will definitely be contacting you again.

We had a fabulous time at the Beloved and can see it being our "go to" place for future trips. The resort is low key, beautifully landscaped, and has a very intimate and private feel to it which is exactly what we were looking for. That being said, it's not the place for anyone looking for high energy, action packed accommodations. Often times we felt like we had the place to ourselves even though there were a lot of other people there. The food was amazing and we definitely never went hungry. Our room was beautiful and we LOVED the private plunge pool. The only drawback to the 2 story casita is that it was difficult to cool so the room felt stuffy and didn't cool off adequately for a cool night's sleep. |
We absolutely loved The Beloved Playa Mujeres. The staff was amazing...so kind and attentive. The resort was wonderful....the two story casita suite had breath taking views and was impeccable. With the twice a day room services, we almost felt too pampered (almost!) 😜. It was so nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle of Cancun and the hotel zone and feel like you were at a private resort, but still be close to shops with just a car ride away. We didn't end up going on any excursions like we planned as we found when we got there we wanted total relaxation which we definitely had. They had many non motorized free activities like kayaking and paddle boards etc. It is not a party place by any means, so if folks want a more lively party scene this is not the place for them. |
